We're thrilled to share the fantastic results of our Earth Day Cleanup event at Papago Preserve! Thanks to our amazing community and dedicated volunteers, we removed an impressive 2,800 lbs of waste from the preserve. Together, we made a real difference and had a great time doing it!

The event showcased Clean Up Papago's mission to protect Papago Preserve and its surroundings. With your help, we're working towards a cleaner environment, caring for the trails, and raising awareness about the importance of preserving our desert landscape. By partnering with city officials, bike brands, and other organizations, we can tackle issues like illegal dumping and maintain our trail systems.

We were blown away by the energy and enthusiasm of all participants! Your hard work made Papago Preserve a cleaner, more welcoming space for everyone.

Looking ahead, we're excited to grow our network of trail user advocates and engage with more trail users. We'll continue to bridge the gap between city officials and trail users, sharing trail information, and promoting responsible trail use.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Earth Day Cleanup event! Your efforts have made a lasting impact on Papago Preserve. A special thank you goes out to our cleanup sponsors who donated products for our event and raffle: Regroup Coffee & Bicycles, Camelback Culture, Dream Cycles, Hundred Mile Brewing, Brat Haus, Bad Booch, Bouldering Project, Sram, Santa Cruz Bicycles, Athleta, and Floyd’s of Leadville.

Stay connected with Clean Up Papago through our website and social media channels for updates on future events and opportunities to get involved.

Let's keep our desert clean and protect the Papago Trail System for future generations!
